How to pick an organized trip?

The popular term "Organized Trip" usually refers to trips abroad,
which is organized by the traveling agency and usually includes the
route and all the trip's arrangements: flights, tickets,
transportation, buses, hotels, meals and handling all of the
administrative aspects of the trip.
The organized trip is usually offered to the wide public, initiated
by the trip's organizer, or it's ordered by a group of people
asking from the organizer or a traveling agency to do the
organizing for them.
A big part of the organized trips are offered to the public through
brochures specifying the different routes.
Before you take a trip, make a comparison chart.
Pick a trip with a guide that you have information and
recommendations about him. Don’t be ashamed to ask the traveling
agencies that. You should add an section to your contract with the
traveling agency, that if the requested guide doesn’t join the trip
you've paid for, the deal is off. The guide is the heart of the
trip, if he is equipped with a rich Multi disciplinary knowledge,
cultural rich, and loves the work, which is the donation to the
trip – and the trip will be a success.
Make sure if you have some free days, and if you do, plan something
alternative because on these days the guides may offer you things
that costs more ( a trip they offer costs 30$, you could find near
the hotel in 12$
including a meal – all out of experience).
Check out if there's a breakfast or half a board.
For example: a meal that costs you 8 euro will be offered to you at
20 euro.
Make sure that the night activities are free. Otherwise you will
"climb to the walls".
An organized trip to 10 days is the optimal option. Above 10 days,
it begins to annoy you for all kind of psychological reasons.
Give weight/grade to every category of the trip that might help you
find the right choice for you.
A comparison chart in an organized trip – make a few tables to some
of the companies to do the right comparison.
The parameters that you must check:
The name of the company
The guide – if he has recommendations
The numbers of days of trip
What's the difficulty of the trip, it must match to your condition?
Which flight company you would fly with?
Is the flight charter or scheduled. A scheduled is better.
How many days are spent on flights (there are trips that you
takeoff in the morning and you land back in the evening and there
are trips that takeoff in the afternoon and land back in the
morning)?
The level of the hotel
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Breakfast – what kind
Dinner at the hotel
Restaurants
Free days
Half free days
The number of sites in the trip
How many sites are not for free (options or possibility)?
What are the activities in that trip that's not included but
possible
Which kind of transportation the trip use
The minimal number of the passengers in the trip
Is there a vacation and how many days
The price of the trip
The addition price for one passenger
The discount for a third passenger
Tips
Which program suits you best?
What company you prefer.
